Dr. Serena Blake is a licensed clinical psychologist (PsyD) based in Los Angeles, CA, with eight years of experience and over 500 client sessions. She blends evidence-based approaches—like cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness—with compassionate, personalized care to help you overcome anxiety, strengthen relationships, and heal from trauma.
My approach blends psychodynamic and humanistic therapy with positive psychology, family systems, acceptance and commitment concepts, and mindfulness. I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety and stress, heal from trauma, and build healthier relationships.

Indiviual Session Fee – $200
Couples Session Fee – $240
I accept both private pay and insurance. I am in-network with BCBS and Aetna.
